Owner/Chef of Fin Seafood, Fin & Tonic, Steak & Tonic, Amaro Italian Bistro, and Chef's Market, Kenny Sloane has endured a lifelong passion while climbing the ranks and proudly presents FIN. Chef Sloane is a 2001 graduate of Johnson & Wales University. He served as Executive Chef at such restaurants as The Left Bank and Aqua S in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Chef Sloane combines contemporary flair with traditional French in a fresh and delectable exhibit of local proteins and produce.
