A Celebration of AJ Join us on Wednesday, September 23rd at 7:00 PM in our Speakeasy as we celebrate The Heavenly birthday of our dear friend and chef, AJ, who was a special part of the Fin & Tonic family. We’d love for you to join us for a beautiful four-course cocktail dinner, featuring food pairings inspired by some of the dishes AJ specialized in during his time at Fin & Tonic, along with cocktails inspired by some of his favorites. It will be an evening filled with great food, creative cocktails, stories, laughter, and a celebration of someone who meant so much to our restaurant family.
